The new contribution is very straightforward. If you are earning more than Php 1,500 then you will contribute Php200 every month.
You employer will also match your contribution with another Php 200. Making your total monthly contribution to Php 400.
Regardless of how big your salary is, our ceiling contribution will still be Php 200. For now...
